QR Codes & Venue Security

We love our QR Code Check in Function as it enables Event Organisers to do the following:

  • Using a mobile phone or a Tablet, Ushers / Security can scan the QR code generated for each competitor
  • The system brings up their photo + detailed info about the Competitor. This prevents identity fraud, highlights outstanding payments, and lets them know if there is an issue with their music
  • The system will automatically mark them as in Venue, so the Stage Manager is aware of who has arrived and who hasn't.
